Join us for this episode of the IASP Leadership podcast.  A weekly podcast production containing short, sweet, nuggets of Wednesday wisdom for our leadership growth.  In this episode, we hear from Dr. Robert Vogelaar. Dr. Vogelaar is a professor at Saint Louis University and an expert in the field of educational administration, communication, and methods of instruction. Before moving to a full-time professorship at Saint Louis University, he served in several administrative capacities, including his most recent school administrative role as Assistant Superintendent at a suburban school system in Missouri. He joins us today to share about recruiting and retaining great staff, supporting the staff you have, and practical strategies that leaders can implement to build hope and purpose driven leadership skills.
